Foundations is a large scale sculptural installation. The piece references its own construction and the space it inhabits through details like fabric folding, cracked plaster, tags, and exposed seams. By allowing viewers to walk through and around the piece, it gives as much weight to the space between the massive objects as it does the forms themselves.
